Pricing

  • Wedding photography investment begins at $15,000.

  • Most couples invest between $15,000 and $22,000 depending on coverage and albums. Analog film is included — it is not an upgrade, it is the default.

  • No weekday or off-season discounts offered.

  • Limited winter season destination weddings (somewhere warm) are open for discussion.

Policies

Travel fees

Bundled as a single flat rate in all proposals. No travel fee for weddings within 60 miles — this covers NYC, Brooklyn, and most of the Hudson Valley. Fees apply for distance, overnight stays, mileage, and airfare beyond that threshold.

Retainer

50% retainer required to secure a date. By request, this may be split as 25% / 25% / 50%. The retainer is non-refundable, with two exceptions: the death of a client, or if we cancel and the client does not accept our recommended replacement photographer.

Permits

Clients are responsible for permits at public locations. For NYC City Hall elopements, we provide guidance and lead location selection to avoid overexposed tourist areas.

Gallery delivery

Full gallery delivered within 2 months; 3 months maximum, depending on film lab turnaround. We have never delivered late.

Sneak peeks

Provided within 2–4 weeks of the wedding date.

Privacy

Clients who prefer their wedding remain unpublished may request full privacy at no additional charge.
